If you are a positive, energetic, customer-focused individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.

Qualifications:

Medical office experience preferred Excellent Customer Service Skills Professional and Courteous Strong oral and written communications skills Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment EMR experience

HS Diploma or GED Required Primary Responsibilities Include:

Assesses patient needs, answers general questions and schedules appropriate types of appointments. Maintains patient satisfaction through coordination with physicians and other teams within the practice. Obtains insurance information for new and returning patients for verification of benefits by financial counselors. Manages cancellations and physician schedules to minimize any clinical downtime. Enters all patient inquiries into the appropriate databases/systems.
