Attention RNs/Registered Nurses OR Nursing Home Administrators:

We are seeking a Full Time RN/Registered Nurse Administrator OR Nursing Home Administrator to oversee a Private Duty Non-Skilled Company in Hillsborough and Polk Counties. Our company is licensed through AHCA, and the Administrator would be listed on AHCA’s website as Administrator. We require One Year of experience, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their career down a more non-bedside Professional path or for someone just starting or ending their career. The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable in the HealthCare field and have strong Customer Service Skills to assist with building trusting relationships. The administrator will be responsible with overseeing all aspects of the Private Duty HHC including but not limited to strategic planning and organization of daily functions, oversight of care staff, staff development and training, emergency preparedness, and assessment of new clients for appropriateness of services. This is an office and field position, which involves meeting new clients, as well as strategically marketing to facilities/providers to increase company volume.

Education:

Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Home Administrator experience and qualifications.

Experience:
