We specialize in weight loss, hormone therapy and med spa services. We are looking for a results-driven, warm and organized Sales & Patient Coordinator to join our team and take charge of lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and patient communication.
What You’ll Do:
Follow up on all incoming leads related to weight loss and hormone services via phone, text, and email Engage new clients, educate them about our services, and encourage them to book appointments Maintain a lead tracker or CRM with detailed communication notes Schedule consultations and follow-up visits efficiently Send appointment reminders and confirmation messages Meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets Provide top-tier customer service that reflects our brand values
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a med spa, wellness clinic or healthcare sales role preferred Strong communication skills, especially over the phone Comfortable using text platforms and appointment software Organized, self-motivated and goal-oriented Friendly and professional demeanor Passion for wellness, aesthetics and helping people feel their best Bilingual is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
