The Vice President of eCommerce is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and management of McKibbon’s eCommerce operations. This role involves overseeing the entire eCommerce division and ensuring its alignment with the company’s broader business goals while maintaining the highest level of ethical leadership to lead the properties to achieve their business goals while embracing the McKibbon Guiding Principles. Life:
Develop and implement long-term eCommerce & Marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with other senior executives to integrate eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging trends. Lead and mentor the eCommerce team, including directors and other senior managers. Hire, manage and train eCommerce managers. Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and manage the eCommerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Hire, train and manage the eCommerce team members (Director and Manager level associates) Analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability. Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless eCommerce & Marketing Operations. Report to the C-suite and board of directors on eCommerce performance and strategic initiatives. Maintain relationships with key external partners, vendors, and customers. Stay abreast of the latest eCommerce technologies and trends. Lead the adoption of innovative solutions to improve the eCommerce platform and customer experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism, trust and responsibility. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications and documentation. Must excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Possess strong listening skills with the ability to comprehend and address concerns and issues raised by workers, clients, and guests. Must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to clients, guests, and associates.

Requirements:
