What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients, both in person and over the phone Manage a multi-line phone system Coordinate appointments with doctor schedules to meet daily production goals Submit and track insurance claims and authorizations Work closely with patients to explain treatment plans, options, and financial estimates Monitor and adjust the schedule throughout the day to ensure smooth flow Review and discuss account balances and payment options with patients Enter payments, balance daily deposits, and manage accounts accurately Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely and effective care
What We’re Looking For:
