What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping patients schedule their appointments and answering questions with a smile Managing the flow of the schedule so the day runs smoothly Coordinating with the dental team and insurance providers to make sure everything is squared away Explaining treatment options and costs to patients in a way that’s easy to understand Posting and submitting insurance claims Answering phones, taking payments, and keeping things organized at the front desk
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s available to work Fridays (6:30 AM-7 PM), SaturdaysSundays (7:30 AM-6 PM) Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few things at once without breaking a sweat Experience in a dental or medical office is a big plus (Eaglesoft knowledge is a bonus!) Comfortable using phones, Microsoft Word, Excel, and chatting with patients face-to-face Great communicator-whether you’re working with patients, the doctor, or fellow teammates Willing to learn and pitch in wherever needed
