Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Nursing required; Doctorate Degree in Nursing preferred, current Florida and Alabama Registered Nurse licensure; or, multi-state RN licensure required; related teaching and administrative experience in a college or clinical setting preferred. Degree and college coursework must be from a regionally accredited college/university.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid state Driver’s License
Current Florida and Alabama Registered Nurse licensure; or, multi-state RN licensure required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the administration of the School of Health Sciences programs and directly supervises the nursing education unit. Maintains instructional and accreditation accountability for Bachelor Degree Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree Nursing (ADN), Practical Nursing (PN), Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) programs and curricula.
