Clinic Floor Manager Position Available In Lake, Florida

Clinic Floor Manager Adult Medicine of Lake County Mount Dora, FL 32757 We are looking for a medical assistant supervisor who will manage the day to day workflow. Someone who is highly motivated, organized, and confident in leading a team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day clinic operations while ensuring a high level of patient care and staff support.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily clinic workflow Schedule and coordinate staff assignments Supervise, train, and evaluate medical assistants Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and clean Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment Medical Assistant certification
