VP of Adult Services:
Master’s level degree in behavioral healthcare field. Florida licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
JOB SUMMARY
Oversees behavioral health and substance use services provided to adults in Lifestream’s outpatient programs across all applicable counties according to contract and grant specific requirements. Provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff assigned to his/her area of responsibility. Provides licensure supervision to Registered Social Worker Interns (RSWI).

- Demonstrates an excellent working knowledge of his/her specific program directives and goals
- Displays strong working knowledge of healthcare standards
- Develops sound working relationships with subordinates to enhance the likelihood of effective oues for Center program and clients
- Develops sound working relationships with personnel ofmunityanizations to impact successful oues of the Center mission and vision
- Manages and oversees the day to day operations of patient services provided within the continuity of care continuum
- Monitors such programs for clinical and fiscal effectiveness
- Evaluates effectiveness and promotes opportunities for improvements
- Directs scope of patient services needed through discussion of Center mission with the Executive Management Team
- Conceptualizes service delivery for those programs under his/her direct supervision, establishes goals and engages in improving the programs’ oues and effectiveness in line with service necessity and fiscal concerns
- Serves as the key liaison for the CBC, Kids Central, Inc. in problem solving, planning, developing and implementing programs and processes to promote the integration of Child Welfare mental health and substance abuse services for children, adults and families involved with the Child Welfare system
- Assists in grant writing and fundraising as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education:
Master’s level degree in behavioral healthcare field. Florida licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with children and families. Two (2) years’ experience as department head or supervisor and 2 years working with child welfare programs.
