A lean leader who has a passion for ENT/Audiology to be responsible for engaging and inspiring providers and staff through servant leadership. In cooperation with the Department Chairs and the Director and Medical Director Leadership, this position is responsible for creating and achieving annual goals. Will engage in breakthrough initiatives and engage in a culture of continuous improvement provide new value to our patients. Will monitor daily operations to ensure quality care is provided every single time; encourage an environment of continuous improvement; and advance the daily management system within the department. This role acts in collaboration with our many partners both within TVC and in the community which we serve. Responsible for managing multiple functional areas, and across multiple locations, assess and monitor financial and operational performance, and identify opportunities for improvement, create and manage an operational plan, develop/manage/evaluate budgets to achieve expectations, develop/articulate goals and leadership messages designed to promote organizational strategies, review trends and how they impact healthcare (e.g. access, patient/staff satisfaction, turnover, adoption of development plans).

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field. Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising patient or customer service teams in healthcare, service, or other healthcare business operations. Minimum of 1 year of experience hiring, supervising, and developing direct reports, including others who manage staff. Minimum of 1 year of management experience in operations and budget development.

Preferred:

Experience creating strong dyad relationships with medical leadership. Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field. EMR experience in EPIC desired.

Pay Range:

$96,196.00 – $144,295.00 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position. We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. Vancouver Clinic offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and multiple supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.). We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
