Nursing Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) is seeking a strategic and mission-driven leader to serve as Director of Aspire Fort Myers Clinic. This role combines oversight of medical services, educational programs, and social services, ensuring integrated delivery of Christ-centered care to women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. The Director will provide strategic leadership and operational management while maintaining our commitment to preventing abortion and presenting eternal truth through compassionate care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Operations Management Provide overall strategic direction and operational management for all services at Aspire Fort Myers. Develop and implement processes to enhance organizational efficiency while remaining culturally relevant. Create policies and procedures to ensure consistency of medical care across Aspire locations by working closely with Director of Aspire Naples. Oversee Aspire Fort Myers compliance with all PRC policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage Aspire Fort Myers departmental budgets and resources allocation effectively. Maintain regular communication with Executive Director regarding operational issues. Collaborate with Executive Director to set operational goals aligned with mission and strategic plan. Monitor key performance metrics and provide weekly and monthly progress reports to leadership team. Evaluate systems for tracking program outcomes (changed minds, babies saved, professions of faith, and bridges to ARC) and optimize/update as needed. Lead efforts to evaluate and improve operational workflows. Oversee client journey from Aspire Women’s Clinic to Aspire Resource Center. Medical Services and Patient Care Oversight Oversee and collaborate with Charge Nurses to ensure quality and consistency of patient care. Collaborate with Medical Director to develop policies as necessary. Maintain relationships with healthcare partners and regulatory bodies. Oversee Follow-Up Coordinator. Collaborate with outsourced Call Center services to ensure operational excellence. Monitor proper handling of medical records and patient information. Oversee management of medical supply inventory. Ensure all medical staff maintain the required certification and credentials. Oversee clinic patient care process from intake through follow-up visits. Oversee proper documentation through chart audits. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements as needed. Educational and Social Services Leadership Oversee and collaborate with Education Coordinator to ensure quality and consistency of client care and resources. Collaborate with Director of Aspire Naples to implement Aspire Resource Center policies and procedures. Direct implementation of educational programs as established by Director of Aspire Naples Collaborate with Education Coordinator to ensure resources are up to date. Oversee process for collecting client testimonies. Supervise social work and counseling services. Monitor educational program outcomes and implement improvements as needed. Staff Leadership and Development Directly supervise Charge Nurses and Education Coordinator at both locations. Conduct regular meetings with the medical Aspire team and Medical Director. Foster unified Christ-centered team culture across all departments and locations. Oversee staff and volunteer hiring, scheduling, training, and professional development. Conduct regular staff evaluations and performance reviews. Support HR in personnel matters as needed. Communication and Interdepartmental Coordination Facilitate proper communication among Fort Myers Aspire team. Conduct weekly meetings with Director of Aspire Naples to discuss issues. Keep Executive Director informed of issues as needed. Additional Responsibilities Attend quarterly board meetings Participate in all staff events and meetings as required. Assist with fundraising events and donor relations as needed. Participate in “Explore PRC” events as requested by Executive Director. Qualifications Registered Nurse license. Minimum five years nursing experience. Managerial experience. Committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Agree with and uphold the Statement of Faith, Vision, and Mission Statements. Passionate commitment to the mission and vision of PRC. Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of all human life and sexual purity.
