Pharmacy Technicians Minimum Requirements:
Active Florida Pharmacist License 5+ years of overall pharmacy experience 2+ years in a management role Proven ability to lead, coach, and maintain regulatory standards
Primary Duties:
Lead and manage pharmacy team scheduling Monitor regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness Support and coach frontline pharmacy staff Ensure medication safety, operations, and performance standards are met Training and orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
