The Lead, Clinical Onboarding will support all business units within Mosaic Health and is responsible for managing the technical onboarding of clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary IT access, training, and support to effectively use digital healthcare tools. This role works closely with HR, IT, and clinical operations to streamline the onboarding experience, enhance system adoption, and ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards. Responsibilities Oversee the IT onboarding process for clinical staff, including access provisioning for EHR, telemedicine, and other clinical IT systems. Ensure all new hires receive proper training on IT security policies, HIPAA compliance, and best practices for handling patient data. Coordinate with IT security teams to ensure proper multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and data encryption compliance. Develop and deliver training programs for clinicians on IT tools, software, and hospital systems. Serve as the primary IT liaison for clinical staff during onboarding, addressing technical concerns and ensuring smooth adoption. Provide ongoing IT support for newly onboarded clinical users, troubleshooting login issues, software configurations, and device setups. Work with HR, clinical leadership, and IT teams to improve workflow automation and onboarding efficiency. Ensure all training materials, IT guides, and user manuals are kept up to date. Collect feedback from new hires and department heads to enhance the IT onboarding experience. Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree in Health Informatics, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT onboarding, IT support, or training within a healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, and clinical IT infrastructure. Familiarity with healthcare IT security policies, including HIPAA and HITECH. Excellent communication and training skills to engage with clinical professionals. Ability to work in fast-paced hospital/clinical environments and collaborate across departments. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy is a plus. A commitment to providing excellent service to internal team members and patients. High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Physical Demands Sedentary work.
