4Ever Young Fort Myers is a premier anti-aging and wellness center committed to helping patients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team part-time.

Position Overview:

The Patient Care Coordinator is the face of our Center and plays a key role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences. This position requires outstanding customer service skills, comfort with sales and upselling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with nursing experience or certifications are highly preferred to assist with IV therapy, vitamin injections, and blood draws.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm bookings Promote and explain membership plans and services to patients Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area Support providers as needed with charting, prep, or basic patient flow tasks (If applicable) Assist with administering IVs, vitamin shots, and blood draws Handle patient inquiries, billing questions, and de-escalate concerns Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR system

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, customer service, or patient care experience required Experience in a medical or spa setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Sales or upselling experience is a plus Nursing background or phlebotomy certification is a major advantage
