- No Weekends or On-Call Soliant Health is partnering with a leading 300-bed inpatient hospital near Naples, FL , to identify a qualified Pharmacy Manager for an interim leadership role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist ready to step into a supportive, well-structured environment— Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, no call.

Pharmacy Technicians Minimum Qualifications:
Active Florida Pharmacist License (in good standing) 5+ years of pharmacy experience 2+ years in a management or leadership role Strong interpersonal skills and experience coaching clinical teams Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and medication safety practices
Key Responsibilities:
Lead scheduling and oversight of pharmacy staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Promote medication safety and operational excellence Support and guide pharmacists and technicians in daily operations Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement and quality initiatives Full onboarding and training will be provided to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
