HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
TMH Physician Partners Metabolic Center is looking for a Practice Administrator II. The Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. The Administrator takes the lead in developing the action plan to move the practice in the direction provided by the Executive Director in concert with the practice physicians. The Administrator is responsible for (but not limited to) the following: planning, financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, etc. Manages all departmental budgetary responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with expectations and desired outcomes, as established by his/her immediate superior and the office of the CFO. Includes meeting budget, demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Demonstrates sound problem solving with solutions/recommendations that are sound, practical, efficient, economical and reasonable. Develop/implement the staffing pattern for colleagues. Take final responsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions, departmental issues, employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions as required.

Required Experience:
Minimum:
Three (3) years of job related experience
Preferred:
Five (5) + years of experience in Administration of a physician office
Preferred Experience:
