• Summary
• As a Health Services Administrator at Sunrise Community, you will play a vital role in overseeing healthcare services for individuals with disabilities. This position is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support, aligning with our mission to foster independence and community integration.
• Responsibilities
• Oversee the delivery of health services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Review documentation related to patient care and services provided
• Manage staff schedules and shift assignments to maintain adequate coverage
• Monitor patient health outcomes and implement improvements as necessary
• Provide leadership and training to healthcare staff on best practices in patient care
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
• Experience in patient monitoring and documentation review is essential
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively
• Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
