We are a locally owned, family-run vacation rental company that prides itself on offering memorable guest experiences in beautifully maintained homes. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Vacation Rental Specialist to join our team and be the eyes, ears, and heart on the ground for our properties.
What You’ll Do:
As a Vacation Rental Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and well cared for.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Pre-Arrival Inspections:
Visit properties before guest check-ins to ensure they are clean, stocked, and in perfect condition.
Post-Departure Checks:
Inspect homes after guests depart to identify any damages or maintenance needs.
Guest Communication:
Provide friendly and professional communication with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Light Maintenance Work:
Handle minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, unclogging drains, resetting breakers, tightening fixtures, etc.) or reporting issues needing professional repair.
Problem Solving:
Respond quickly and effectively to any guest concerns or on-site issues that may arise during a stay.
Vendor Coordination:
Work with housekeeping and service providers to ensure property standards are consistently met. Attention to
Detail:
Keep an eye out for anything out of place – from a crooked picture frame to a missing remote – to uphold our high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for scheduling and messaging Handy with basic tools and light maintenance work Available to work some weekends and holidays (peak guest turnover times) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
