Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury. Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability. Manage the daily functions of the business/oversee location. The resident must reside within 45 miles of the office.
