Summary We are seeking a LMHC Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Helping People Succeed, Inc. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations and provide guidance to our team of professionals. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support on their journey towards self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct supervision with staff to ensure they meet with their clients regularly and meet the requirements of their position per established guidelines. 2. Responsible for supervising and training interns. Act as a liaison for the universities and maintain memoranda of agreement. 3. Establish and collaborate mental health services within other departments at HPS. 4. Evaluate program standards on an on-going basis. 5. Responsible for the training of clinical staff. 6. Assists in maintaining and developing professional standards, programmatic policies and procedures. 7. Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy as needed. 8. Maintain treatment plans, case notes, and case file management to ensure accuracy and deadlines are being met. 9. Perform case reviews on an ongoing basis. 10. Work with the Clinical Director to coordinate services with the following to ensure effective communication between colleagues, staff, and other agencies to best provide services: a) Vice President of Behavioral Health Services b) Clinical Director c) Psychiatrists/Nurse Practitioners. d) All agencies involved. 11. Perform consultations, parent meetings, and parent education. 12. Promote public relations. 13. Attend meetings (intra and inter agency). Maintain and keep current knowledge of mental health and substance-related diagnosis and treatment. Acts as liaison to funding sources, community/board committees, and other sources as assigned by the President/CEO as needed. Supports the development of and enforces implementation of quality assurance program. Coordinate and respond to contract monitoring and DOL requirements. Keeps Clinical Director informed of successes, problems and issues.

Physical Responsibilities:

1. The ability to use hands and wrists to type for extended periods of time-repetitive motion. The ability to drive to other locations as needed: a) Main office located in Jensen Beach. b) Remote office located in Okeechobee. c) Counties served: Martin, Okeechobee, St.

Lucie and Indian River Equipment Used:

Computer, laptop, fax/copy/scan machine.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in clinical psychology/Mental Health Counselor Licensure by the State of Florida Florida State Qualified Supervisor in

Mental Health Counselor Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Excellent people’s skills organized and dependable. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates creative critical thinking skills. Experience working with culturally diverse communities/families, with proven ability to be culturally sensitive and proper. Works well independently. Ability to make sound judgments and manage stressful situations. Supervisory skills.
