Description:
This position is responsible for coordinating the management of accreditation, readiness for all regulatory and accreditation agencies impacting BHSF entities or Baptist Outpatient Services (BOS). Leads the ongoing accreditation education process. Assists the entity/BOS Leadership team and staff with accreditation/regulatory preparedness and PI activities and works collaboratively with BHSF Corporate of Baptist Health Enterprise (BHE) Real Estate Leadership team in the prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery of situations impacting the environment of care. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements to include, and are not limited to
TJC, AHCA, AAAHC, AASM, ACR, CAP, CMS.
Prepares comprehensive documentation to support all related activities. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills are essential. Must be able to manage multiple projects and support tasks simultaneously. Assists the teams as a resource on the use of data, application of statistical tools and risk assessments. Able to perform duties with little or no supervision. Estimated salary range for this position is $49662.85
