An established general contractor based in Miami is seeking anAssistant Project Manager to support ongoing hospitality, retail,office, and restaurant construction projects. This is a greatopportunity for a motivated APM looking to grow their career withina collaborative and fast-paced environment. Description Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination ofactive job sites Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, andinternal teams to ensure project milestones are met Review plans,specifications, and scopes of work Help manage projectdocumentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Conductregular site visits to monitor progress and quality Supportbudgeting, scheduling, and procurement tasks Ensure compliance withsafety standards and company procedures Profile 2-4 years ofexperience in commercial construction, ideally with exposure tohospitality, restaurant, or retail projects Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management or related field preferred Strongorganizational and communication skills Proficiency in projectmanagement software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a team-orientedcompany Job Offer Competitive salary in the $70k-$90k rangeExposure to high-profile, design-forward projects Clear pathway forpromotion to Project Manager Supportive leadership team and strongcompany culture Health benefits, 401(k), and PTO package MPI doesnot discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexualorientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age,disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on anindividual’s status in any group or class protected by applicablefederal, state or local law.
