Clinic Manager Luminex Wellness and Aesthetics Doral, FL 33178 Acebo Health Center is a modern health care clinic and a medspa seeking a driven and bilingual Clinic Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional care and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance
• Track and analyze KPIs and metrics to drive growth and patient outcomes
• Lead patient consultations with strong sales and communication techniques
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to grow patient base and brand visibility
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including AHCA standards and HIPAA requirements
• Maintain accurate medical records and oversee systems such as
• eClinicalWorks
• and/or
• PatientNow
• Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care and clinic services
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor budgets and manage resources for optimal service delivery
• Address patient concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual
• : Fluent in English & Spanish
• Experience in a medspa, wellness, or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of compliance and patient information systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate records
