This role is specifically for candidates who are willing to relocate to Charlotte , and a relocation package is available to support your move. Individualized, evidence-based, and progressive care Your Role as a

BCBA:

As a BCBA, you will collaborate with our experienced clinical team to create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans that support children and their families in achieving meaningful progress.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide center-based services Provide in-home, in-school and from home services Supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs Collaborate with families to provide training and ongoing support Coordinate with schools and other therapy providers (e.g., ST, OT, PT) Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of treatment plans

Qualifications:
