Coordinator for a Research Clinic San Marcus Research Clinic Inc. 16420 NW 59th Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical research processes and demonstrate a commitment to advancing medical knowledge through rigorous study management. Duties Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining accurate records of their progress and outcomes. Collaborate with principal investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate effective communication and project updates. Monitor trial progress, including data collection, management, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Prepare and submit necessary documentation for Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval and maintain compliance throughout the study. Conduct training sessions for staff involved in the clinical trials on protocols, procedures, and safety measures. Maintain a thorough understanding of animal physiology as it relates to the studies conducted. Stay informed on advancements in quantum engineering as they pertain to clinical research methodologies. Experience A degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in clinical research is highly valued. Familiarity with animal physiology is required; experience in quantum engineering is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
