Position Overview:
Are you an administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in the home healthcare industry ? Look no further! We are seeking a seasoned Home Health Care Administrator to oversee our skilled & non-skilled home health care agency in Miami-Dade, Florida. This role involves significant leadership responsibilities, including the management and growth of the agency, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining regulatory compliance (AHCA and ACHC).
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all processes and procedures related to operational management and act as a liaison to the DON, CEO, CFO and VP.
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality care.
- Develop and enforce agency policies and procedures in line with
AHCA & ACHC
regulations.
- Lead and evaluate clerical & along with DON the clinical teams, enhancing operational effectiveness and patient outcomes.
- Drive strategic initiatives for growth, including community engagement and service promotion.
- Ensure financial accountability, manage budgets, and oversee billing processes.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and prepare for audits.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in Florida preferred.
- Associate Degree or higher in a related field.
- Extensive experience in home health management and networking within Florida.
- Proven track record in P&L management and knowledge of ACHC accreditation rules.
- Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in strategic growth implementation management.
- Kantime, HHA eXchange EHR/EMR experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual; English & Spanish preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am
- 5:30 pm
- Availability to team on off-hours to assist with urgent issues as needed This role requires a dedicated professional capable of driving operational excellence and leading our agency toward expanded service delivery and improved client outcomes.
