We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with exceptionally high service standards to join us as our Director of Hospitality

With a deep love of service and attention to detail, the Hospitality Director will be responsible for all front-facing tenant interactions and ensuring a consistent, tailored, and thoughtful experience at every touchpoint throughout the building. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who’s looking to take the next step in their career and has a background in luxury service, a track record of leading high-performing teams, and a passion for creating connections out of ordinary moments that resonate with tenants and guests alike. Key responsibilities will include providing a world-class tenant experience across the tenant journey, managing hospitality staff performance and development, event strategy, planning, and execution, and the implementation and maintenance of on-site technology solutions like building apps, lobby screens, and others. Core Qualifications + Proven experience in luxury hospitality leadership, preferably in high-end residential, hotel, or commercial settings. + Knowledge of Les Clefs d’Or philosophies and experience leading teams in the concierge space is preferred, but not required + Demonstrated success leading service teams and delivering guest experiences at scale and of the highest caliber. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to graciously engage a diverse community of tenants and guests in writing, verbally, and online. + Detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to excellence in all service delivery and communication execution. + The ability to review data, find actionable insights in reporting, and direct initiatives to deliver on them is required for this role. Key Responsibilities 1. Tenant Experience & Service Excellence + Design and implement high-impact hospitality programs that leverage renewed spaces and human connection to provide intentional, elevated experiences. + Routinely deliver Michelin-caliber, white-glove service that exceeds tenant and guest expectations. + Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing relationships and ensuring personalized VIP experiences for every tenant and guest. 2. Operational Oversight & Staff Management + Lead and oversee hospitality-focused staff, including front-of-house teams, concierge, janitorial, and security personnel. + Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure all service providers embody luxury standards that reflect the building’s values and Forbes 5-star level service. + Manage seamless daily operations of all hospitality functions within the building. 3. Event Planning & Community Engagement + Plan and execute curated tenant events, networking opportunities, and wellness activations that use and highlight the exceptional spaces and engaging community within. + Partner with high-end vendors to deliver unique and memorable experiences that further differentiate Rivani in the market 4. Collaboration with Property Management + Collaborate with the Commercial General Manager to align hospitality services with building operations through continued, light-touch training and education. + Support leasing efforts by enhancing the property’s marketability through exceptional service offerings including elevated leasing tour experience and corresponding events. + Ensure that hospitality initiatives align with the building’s brand and vision. 5. Technology & Innovation + Implement smart technologies and mobile solutions to improve the delivery and efficiency of concierge services. + Leverage technology to seamlessly deliver building communications to various audiences ranging from tenant contacts to tenant employees, vendors, and members of the neighborhood community. + Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance the tenant experience.
