Description:
Facilitates the organization-wide supply chain management function assisting the Directors of Surgical Services or MCVI in managing the efficient daily operations and business aspects of the clinical services environment. This position is limited to Surgical Services or MCVI, but not both. This position pertains to business aspects including the development of business plans, revenue cycle management and reconciliation, vendor management, procurement of physician preference items, inventory management, statistical analysis and long term expense management for either Surgical Services or MCVI. Acts as liaison between entity and corporate departments including finance (general accounting and accounts payable), revenue cycle management (registration, health information management, and patient financial services). In addition, ensures compliance by working with biomedical engineering, physicians and vendors. Provides supervision in ordering, maintenance, instrument processing and supply management to ensure total patient needs are met and quality care is provided. Supervises inventory control staff. Supervises business office staff. Responsible for accurate and complete patient charges. Estimated salary range for this position is $84631.96 – $110021.55 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Admin degree. Masters degree preferred. Minimum five years experience in a surgical operations/procedural environment. Extensive computer system/software experience with supply chain and vendor management components.
