JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing and PR Manager oversees all marketing activities for the dedicated CÉ LA VI venue and market and supports the brand’s overarching business objectives. ____________________________________________________________________________________
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
‣ Create CÉ LA VI marketing & PR plans through approval to implementation ‣ Ensure marketing budgets/costs are managed appropriately ‣ Act as a guardian for the brand ‣ Manage agencies; marketing, digital and media against SLAs and KPIs, tracking performance ‣ Commission designers and creators to produce innovative and brand enhancing content for multi
- channel distribution ‣ Continually monitor the market, consumer trends and competitor activity and propose strategic recommendations accordingly ‣ Conduct regular meetings with the operations team to align on core business requirements; identify opportunities and reach consensus on actions & deadlines ‣ Liaise with the CÉ LA VI Group Marketing Director on brand activity plans, status and results v ROI.
‣ On-going idea generation with a view to creating and delivering innovative brand building activations, events and partnerships ‣ Cultivate and nurture media, KOL and B2B relationships ‣ Champion local audience outreach programmes ‣ Responsible for disseminating marketing activity reports amongst stakeholders ____________________________________________________________________________________
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Initials‣ BA degree from a reputable university ‣ Minimum of 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position ‣ Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment ‣ Excellent communication and computer skills ‣ Proficient in planning and budget management ‣ Confident and dynamic personality ‣ Strong analytical and project management abilities ‣ Excellent market knowledge and experience working within the hospitality sector ‣ Ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines, actions in a collaborative fast-paced environment ____________________________________________________________________________________
