Our busy community clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. This is more than just an administrative role, it’s a vital position supporting patient care, program integrity, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially. Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations, medical records, and administrative staff Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure smooth daily flow Manage supply procurement, vendor relationships, and facilities support Ensure HIPAA compliance and assist with audits and regulatory reporting Oversee grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance and proper documentation Support and track grant applications, renewals, and reporting deadlines Administer 340B Drug Pricing Program processes and collaborate with pharmacy partners Partner with billing specialists to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement Lead onboarding and support training for new hires on clinic systems and workflows Improve clinic operations with an eye for efficiency and a heart for patient-centered care Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field 2-4 years’ experience in medical office management Hands-on experience with grant management and compliance Working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program Comfortable with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Bilingual a plus

Salary/Pay Rate:
The yearly rate is based on experience, qualifications, as well as market and business factors.
Pay Range:
$40K – $60K per year
