What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly and professional first face patients see when they walk through our doors Manage the flow of daily appointments and ensure patient check-ins and check-outs are smooth and accurate Verify insurance details and manage documentation while staying HIPAA-compliant Handle copays and payment collection with care and accuracy Keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure follow-ups and service scheduling are on track Address patient inquiries with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset Use EHR systems like ChiroTouch, eClinicalWorks (training provided if needed)
Who You Are:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Detail-oriented and highly organized — you double-check everything Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems A clear communicator with a professional, patient-first mindset Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and handles pressure with ease Positive, adaptable, and ready to step in and support your team Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience (required) 2 years of administrative/front desk experience (preferred) 1 year experience in healthcare or medical office setting (required) Reliable transportation is required Willingness to travel to other locations for coverage, if needed•
