Role:
As our Medical Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the face of FMG in the community—developing partnerships, attending events, and creating awareness about the care and services we provide. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external organizations to ensure our outreach is meaningful, effective, and aligned with the needs of the people we serve.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Create and lead outreach campaigns to promote FMG’s medical services Build strong partnerships with local businesses, community leaders, and healthcare providers Represent FMG at health fairs, community events, and educational workshops Coordinate and host informational sessions to educate the public on our healthcare offerings Collaborate with internal departments to align outreach with overall company goals Track engagement and provide insight on outreach effectiveness Stay connected with community needs to keep outreach relevant and impactful Stay up-to-date on plan changes, enrollment periods, and eligibility criteria. Visit FMG locations regularly to stay informed on current offerings and collaborate with in-office teams. Act as a liaison between marketing, operations, and front-line staff to ensure outreach efforts align with business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in a medical center or healthcare setting (required) A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and trust Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Insurance Expertise – A solid understanding of Medicare Advantage plans and general health insurance structures is required. Candidates must have prior experience with health plan enrollment processes, particularly in guiding patients through eligibility and plan selection Knowledge of South Florida’s healthcare landscape and community dynamics is a plus Travel Required -• Must be comfortable and available to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties• for clinic visits, community outreach, and events Why Join FMG?
