Project Manager – Healthcare Construction 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL Manage construction projects from start to finish Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors Work closely with estimating team to update budget Keep detailed log of construction documentation including (RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders) Updating required AIA documentation Tracking project milestones and reporting and issues to senior leadership Working closely with Site Superintendent to ensure project is running on time Develop comprehensive construction schedule Monitor costs, including labor time and material Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
