The role you’ll contribute:
The Clinical Supervisor, under the direction of the Practice Manager, manages all clinical areas of the practice. Departments supervised may include, but are not limited to nursing, laboratory, EKG, as outlined within specific clinic setting. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care, including, ordering of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, quality assurance, JCAHO, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and ongoing training of staff. Also, responsible for training and development of assigned personnel, oversight and day-to-day management of weekly clinical schedule, provide assistance and support for hiring, firing, discipline, and staff evaluations. Instrumental in streamlining processes while promoting quality healthcare and increased patient satisfaction.

Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
Conducts meetings with the clinical team on a regular basis and attends provider meetings
Collaborates with the physician regarding appropriate nursing interventions
Creates an inclusive, supportive and respectful environment in which everyone can fully contribute to the organization
Selects, trains/orients and supervise departmental personnel
Coordinates work assignment and daily operations
Keeps physicians and managers informed of problems or concerns
Works with clinical team to coordinate work flow and cooperation between departments
Ensures the effective development and implementation of job descriptions, personnel policies and payroll practices
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 Related Experience
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) American Heart Association
Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Practical Nurse – State Licensure
