Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Women’s Health Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role involves partnering with operational and physician leadership to lead women’s specialty advanced practice provider group as well as overseeing risk, quality, safety, and clinical processes in our outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of women’s health advanced practice providers, ensuring high standards of care and professional development. Work with operational and physician leaders to ensure APP growth and alignment with service line and system strategy. Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Develop and implement clinical processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in outpatient clinics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients. Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with a focus on women’s health. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in women’s health. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, and safety protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
