What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients with a smile – they’re our VIPs! Schedule appointments and manage our clinic calendar like a pro. Call and schedule new patient leads and evaluations. Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries. Collect payments and keep records accurate. Deliver outstanding customer service in English and Spanish to our diverse patients. Resolve patient inquiries quickly and effectively. Be a key part of a fun, supportive team making a real difference in people’s lives.
What We’re Looking For:
