Full Job Description Job Summary:

Mobile Clinic Manager shall be responsible for management, maintenance, and development of medical mobile clinic. Plan and organize medical health campaigns and fairs. The following is a list of duties you can expect to fulfill at different times/events throughout the year. Essential Responsibilities as

Mobile Clinic Manager:

Schedule/coordinate SE Region health fairs/mobile clinic events Organize/assist in community health fairs as a priority Manage and secure waiver forms, health fairs test results, and enter data on Salesforce, etc. Do health screening testing (BP, blood sugar, lipid panel, total hemoglobin, and HGBA1C, etc.) as needed Keep updated resource/referral lists of SE region free medical/dental clinics, etc. Do volunteers’ orientation trainings/scheduling, assigning tasks, HIPAA compliance implementation Be able to work on weekends and after hours, and drive mobile clinic to other states for few days health fair trips, including disaster relief mobile clinic medical camps and convention health fairs as needed Timely health fair events reporting and generate monthly/annual health fairs report Implement volunteer/mobile clinic policies, health fair manual guidelines Prompt communication with mobile clinic/regional director regarding clients’/volunteers’/mobile clinic issues, including accidents, moving violations/tickets, or any other incident, etc. Ensure mobile clinic is well maintained, clean, up to date with the medical supplies/monthly inventory, and any other related work Representing ICNA Relief, wearing professional attire, setting up health fairs tables, making sure all necessary health fair equipment/supplies and volunteers are available prior to the event Provide health fair training, coordinate and work with other ICNA Relief staff/volunteers as needed Provide courteous and professional services to all staff/volunteers/clients Recruiting volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and other health fair related volunteers for the health fairs in SE region Attend weekly meetings for updates, reporting, and events planning with mobile clinic director, regional director, area manager, and all staff meetings, etc. Build relationships with masajids, churches, counties, health departments, and other organizations, e.g., blood banks, to arrange blood drives, health fair events Help in procuring health fair related grants, health fair related supplies as in-kind donation, and add donors from community Help in local projects, banquets, and outreach as needed Any other duties assigned by Area Manager/Regional/Mobile Clinic Director Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, sciences, or related healthcare field (preferred) 1+ years of experience in healthcare Have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record Drive the mobile clinic within the Southeast region Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse communities Please note this job description is designed to cover only the essential activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required for this position.

Work Authorization:

Travel Requirements:

ICNA Relief is a national organization with operations across various states, therefore the candidate must be willing and prepared to travel for official work/assignment at a 24-hour notice.
