Patient Coordinator Body By Beauty 12363 West Colonial Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34787 The Cosmetic Surgery Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in patient experience by guiding prospective clients through the consultation and proposal process. This position combines high-touch customer service with strong sales acumen, serving as a key liaison between the patient and the Cosmetic Surgeon. The ideal candidate is polished, empathetic, detail-oriented, and motivated to exceed sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads into consultations through timely and exceptional customer follow-ups. Educate prospective patients on available cosmetic procedures, pricing, financing options, and pre/post-operative care. Build personalized relationships with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and increase surgery acceptance. Provide accurate quotes and facilitate surgical bookings, deposits, and scheduling. Maintain organized patient records, sales tracking, and follow-up communication. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences. Conduct post-consultation follow-ups to increase conversion rates. Represent the practice in a professional, warm, and knowledgeable manner at all times. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to practice growth initiatives. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery, med spa, luxury retail, or elective healthcare sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Knowledge of cosmetic/aesthetic procedures. Proficient in CRM software, EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through. Discreet and professional with confidential information.
