Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and personable Practice Manager to lead our team, optimize daily operations, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Job Summary:

The Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supports the clinical team, manages administrative tasks, and fosters a welcoming, professional environment for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee front desk operations, billing, scheduling, and patient communications Manage and train staff Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies Coordinate marketing efforts, including patient outreach and social media Handle patient accounts, collections, and insurance verification Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements in patient flow, retention, and satisfaction Assist in resolving patient concerns or complaints with professionalism Maintain supply inventory and manage vendor relationships Support the chiropractor(s) in achieving clinical and business goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of healthcare administration or office management experience (chiropractic or wellness experience preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Chiro Quick Charts, Eclipse, or similar) Basic knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and HIPAA compliance Marketing and social media management experience is a plus Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
