JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Manager is an advanced role responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple healthcare centers within a region. This position focuses on operational management, advanced staff oversight, comprehensive budget management, and ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. The Clinic Manager collaborates closely with senior management, clinicians, and other leaders to drive operational excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of the clinics.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Implement and monitor advanced operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency. Lead and manage a larger team of clinical and support staff, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and workflow direction. Develop and execute operational plans to enhance patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention across multiple centers. Collaborate with senior management and medical directors to identify and implement best practices and operational improvements. Stays updated on industry trends, new medical technologies, procedures, and pending regulatory changes, and ensures compliance across clinics. Acts as Liaison between Compliance and clinical operations. Manages budget planning and financial oversight, including forecasting, funding recommendations, and financial reporting. Directs and coordinates comprehensive functions and activities of clinics, including systems, policies, procedures, and human resources support services. Promotes and ensures the provision of cost-effective, high-quality healthcare services to patients. Address and resolves advanced operational problems and policies, providing recommendations to senior management. Represents the clinics at public and professional meetings, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and reputation. Participates in and leads clinic communication and public relations programs to promote services and patient engagement. Maintains professional affiliations and participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with trends in healthcare.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare management or related field is highly desirable. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a center/office manager in a healthcare setting. Minimum of 3 years of healthcare administration experience. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required).

Extensive knowledge of multi-center operations and advanced healthcare management practices. Strong strategic managerial, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Electronic Medical Records. In-depth knowledge of healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies, operating procedures, and fiscal management systems. Comprehensive understanding of governmental regulations, reimbursement standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
