PM Position Overview:

The Associate Patient Care Coordinator plays a critical role in establishing a positive first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This position supports a dynamic team of 30 members, including six providers, and works closely with the reception team comprising four colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. Handle email and mail correspondence professionally. Schedule patient appointments and assist with paperwork. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Provide practical solutions to patient inquiries and concerns. Process payments and provide billing support. Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby space.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within a medical office setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and professionally. Bilingual capabilities are a plus (not mandatory).
