We are currently seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Center Director Assisstant-Behavior Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) your role will be to provide ABA services to individuals with behavioral challenges and skill deficits in our center and help out the Center Director. You are responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supervising caregivers and staff in home and community settings. You will also supervise competent therapists such as Register Behavior Technician (RBT) to uphold regulatory standards applicable to behavior analysis in an ethical manner, and to meets the needs of their client(s) in the, center.

Center Responsibility:
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments when needed Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed Provide supervision to the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) Provides praise or corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary) if the programs are being implemented incorrectly Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives Provide parent training Completes therapist evaluation weekly Informs immediate supervisor of issues as they arise Submits progress/sessions notes on time Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
Required Skills:
Licensed as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency. Must possess a high level of integrity.
MUST BE LICENSED
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
