Responsibilities Include:

Supervision and support of field clinicians to ensure high-quality care and compliance Reviewing and approving OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation for accuracy and timeliness Oversight of PDGM case mix management and clinical utilization Participation in interdisciplinary case conferences Training, mentoring, and leading clinical staff Collaborating closely with intake, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
