We are a private, cash-based physical therapy practice that treats a wide variety of patients and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a welcoming environment. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help ensure a smooth experience for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as the first point of contact Schedule and confirm appointments Manage phone and email communications Handle invoicing, payments, and create superbills Support therapists with patient flow and administrative tasks Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization Create and post social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous experience in medical office or front desk setting preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable with technology and EMR systems Comfortable with basic patient treatment Ability to multitask and work independently Interest or experience in wellness, health, or physical therapy a plus
