ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: The Health Services Administrator (HSA) is a key member of the Site Management Team, responsible for directing and overseeing the medical department’s operations and services. The HSA ensures compliance with contracts, ACA standards, and licensing requirements related to medical treatment. They supervise all medical, dental, and psychiatric services, evaluate care levels, and ensure quality healthcare delivery. With both administrative and clinical managerial duties, the HSA provides consultation, monitors service delivery, and ensures adherence to established medical standards. Additionally, the HSA is on-call 24/7 to respond to medical emergencies.
To be considered you should:
Have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, possess a current Registered Nurse license from the state of Florida, have a minimum of 2 years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs, and prior supervisory experience.
Schedule:
5 Days on, 2 Days off – 40 hours/week.
