OPERATIONS MANAGER

to help run the office. The nature of this job includes administrative tasks, supervising other employees work, quality control, giving fast responses to requests from other clinics and attorneys who represent our injured patients, coordinating our workers, and when a staff member is absent, plan to move things around or fill the need for those task yourself to maximize efficiency. No particular degree or certificate is required. But prior management of at least 6-10 staff in any busy setting is needed. Managers or assistant managers in busy PIP industry offices such as running a chiro office, pain or ortho or neuro clinic, manager or high level case manager at PIP lawyer offices are highly encouraged to apply. Willing to train the right candidate if experience is not sufficient. The right candidate is someone who shows strong communication and computer skills, fast learning tendency, trouble shooting and problem solving personality, adjusts to constant change easily, and a workaholic who does not mind multiple simultaneous tasks. You have to be fast, take instruction with grace and follow them precisely. We use “Whatsap” which Is mandatory to succeed in this job. Things that help us pick a candidate (none are mandatory): —prior Orthopedics, chiropractic, or personal injury law experience, —bilingual in Creole or Spanish — fast on phone, computer and Whatsap. —problem solver. Doesn’t mind taking on and solving other’s short coming. —quick learner, leadership skill, and used to a fast environment that changes a lot to adjust for needs.
