The Patient Access Specialist plays a crucial role in the registration operations at HSS Florida, supporting the Rehabilitation and Performance department. This position involves managing patient admissions, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring compliance with managed care contracts. The specialist will work in a dynamic environment, handling phone inquiries and assisting with patient flow while maintaining high standards of service and communication.
