Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with medical administrative support tasks. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff. Experience Previous experience in a medical or Home Health Care office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication. Experience providing administrative support in an office environment is highly valued. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
