What We Need:

We are in search of a Patient Care Coordinator who is friendly, efficient, and organized. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Creating new patient charts
• Greeting patients and assisting with intake
• Assisting in verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits via web portal or provider call line
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering clinic phone calls, faxes and emails
• Uploading documents to patient charts and sending documents to relevant members of patient’s outside providers

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• A minimum of one to three years of experience in a medical office setting
• Competent use of computer systems
• Effective communication abilities to resolve concerns
• Customer service skills for interacting with patients regarding appointments, scheduling, basic insurance and services questions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Attention to detail-oriented input of information
• Knowledge of WebPT software is a plus
• Any experience with exercise, fitness and/or physical therapy (personally or professionally) is a plus What to

• Friday, 8:00-5:00pm in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
