Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, sales-driven, and customer-focused Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Med Spa team within a dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate must have prior Medical Spa experience, expert treatment planning skills, and the ability to seamlessly turn in-house and dental patients into potential Med Spa clients. A strong sales background and proficiency in social media management are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and build strong rapport with patients and guests, promoting memberships, packages, and services. Answer, book, confirm, and manage appointments through inbound and outbound calls. Plan and recommend customized treatment plans to new and existing patients. Convert dental patients into Med Spa clients through effective communication and education. Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed retail and service goals. Independently organize and manage in-house Spa events. Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Yelp, SnapChat). Maintain neat, professional appearance and provide a welcoming environment for all guests. Cross-sell services and products based on guest needs and goals. Handle front desk operations including balancing cash register, handling money, and spa cleanliness. Support team members and ensure smooth communication between departments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Ability to rotate between other location of Spa. Work some Saturdays as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in a Medical Spa setting (required). Strong sales background (retail sales, technology sales, memberships). Proven expertise in treatment planning and upselling services. Ability to independently manage spa events and promotions. Experience in social media marketing and engagement. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient communication best practices. Reliable transportation for multi-location support. Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Goal-oriented, team-player mindset.
